web agent not authenticating against non-root realm

I setup a centrally managed web agent with only a simple perl script that dumps the headers and on the AM side I created the setup in a new realm.

However, when I am trying to auth I can clearly see that it is trying to use the root realm and not my created realm.

Is there an option I might be missing based on the description of this problem? How can the agent be asking for the root realm when I configured it to look at my created realm?

Please note, you must configure the web agent’s com.sun.identity.agents.config.organization.name property to point to your sub-realm. For example, /Customers.

    Hope this helps~
