REST Requests in a Password Reset Process error 403

    Hello Guys, i am working in a project which, we are trying to reproduce the rest api calls for self-service reset password following the steps of the doc:
    But we get the error 403, forbidden authorization.I checked the logs at least it is reaching the forgerock, i was wondering if anyone has any clue of what might cause this error? maybe some configuration in IDM?
