Hi, my name is Janice Ricco and I’m a security analyst in Telecom Agentina.
We have openam solution installed in our company and we are experimenting some problems by changing the amadmin’s password.
The first time that we changed in both nodes by following the procedure we end up crashing the system.
After al little bit of digging, we found out that there might be a relationship with amadmin’s password and the directory manager’s password and the soaked LDAP user’s password.
Is there any procedure to change only amadmin password? And a different one to change Directory manager password and soaked LDAP user’s password?
We also see that directory manager user has it’s password in different configurations but we don’t have clear documentation about how and where we should change it.
Can you help us to solve this problem , ‘cause right ow we are trying but each time we try something different we end up crashing the environment.

    Best Regards.
    Janice Ricco.
