I got “Unable to reset your password”, “Access denied” error message when trying to reset my password.
I’m using OpenIDM 5.5.0, I have a LDAP connector connecting to my OpenDJ instance, I want to directly reset user password in OpenDJ, so I pointed the Identity Resource to system/MyLDAP/account when configuring Password Reset. But I got the error message above when trying to reset the password. I also found if I login with my admin account, I can reset the password without any problem, it seems when the identity resource is pointing to outside resources, the reset password API can’t be accessed without an admin cookie. Any idea how to resolve that?
