    Today ,

Our OpenDJ LDAP 3.0 is installed in centos vm , today when the ldap was running and being in use, admin tried to install snmp service in the same centos . due to which the connections from client to LDAP failed with error “no route to host” at client side .

Even the firewall inside the centos was inactive . Have a guys faced this issue ever in running production environments.

A client side “No route to host error” is a network error (most likely a router). I don’t think it’s related to OpenDJ itself.
