WE used dsreplication configure and dsreplication initialize to setup replication between 2 LDAP servers installed on 2 different linux servers. Status shows replication setup is true between both servers. However data from one is not seen in the other. Logs got generated in /tmp folder but there is no content.

Below are the commands we used
    dsreplication \
    configure \
    –adminUID “cn=Directory Manager” \
    –adminPassword Test \
    –baseDN dc=example,dc=com \
    –host1 host1 \
    –port1 1444 \
    –bindDN1 “cn=Directory Manager” \
    –bindPassword1 Test \
    –replicationPort1 8989 \
    –host2 host2 \
    –port2 3444 \
    –bindDN2 “cn=Directory Manager” \
    –bindPassword2 Test \
    –replicationPort2 8989 \
    –trustAll \
    –no-prompt

    ./dsreplication initialize –baseDN “dc=example,dc=com” \
–adminUID “cn=Directory Manager” –adminPassword Test \
    –hostSource host1 –portSource 1444 \
    –hostDestination host2 –portDestination 3444 -X -n

    Hi,
    Thanks for your post.
Do you have more details that could help us have a better understanding?
Which version of OpenDJ or ForgeRock DS?

Thanks… This is a bit short as details to help understanding your issues.
If you are a ForgeRock customer, I would suggest you open a support ticket.
This forum is a public discussion space and not really suited for customers’ support.
