    We are getting an error on the Forgerock open banking API “Account Flow” section. Have tried the same steps given in the doc (https://docs.ob.forgerock.financial/) by using the latest postman collection (https://postman.ob.forgerock.financial/). We are getting the below error on “Client credential – OB official API”

    Request URL: https://matls.as.aspsp.ob.forgerock.financial/oauth2/access_token
    Response: {“error_description”:”JWT is not valid”,”error”:”invalid_client”}

    Have tried the same steps from different accounts. Getting the same for all accounts.
    We are getting 200 response from the “Generate client assertion JWT – FR Tool API” and getting a JWT. But still, we are getting the above error.

    Hello Tony,

    We try to centralise our support efforts to TPP into a single place. We choose to provide support only via slack, in the Open Banking workspace.

    You can register here http://signup.openbanking.space/
    The channel that we use for support is #forgerock_support

    See you there!

    Quentin
