When policy agent is installed there are two log files created, audit and debug for each agent.
Is it possible to rotate these logs when they reach a certain size ?
I have tried changing couple of configurations in config/OpenSSOAgentConfiguration.template
com.sun.identity.agents.config.audit.accesstype = LOG_NONE
com.sun.identity.agents.config.log.disposition = REMOTE
com.sun.identity.agents.config.remote.logfile = /var/opt/log/remote_log
com.sun.identity.agents.config.local.log.rotate = true
com.sun.identity.agents.config.local.log.size = 52428
These changes seem to reflect in the agent configuration but i cant see the logs being rotated after reaching the specified size.
The logs i am referring to reside in j2ee_agents/tomcat_v6_agent/Agent_001/logs/debug/debug.out and j2ee_agents/tomcat_v6_agent/Agent_001/logs/audit/amAgent_<hostname>.log
Please suggest how to achieve the rotation of these log files if they exceed a particular size.
PS: Maybe the configuration i changed above has no relation to what i am trying to achive, if so please guide on the same.
