     Neil Madden

I’m Neil Madden and I’m an independent consultant with extensive in-depth knowledge of OpenAM. Previously I was engineering co-lead for OpenAM, and have had my grubby mitts on almost all areas of the codebase at some point. Amongst other things, I am responsible for the bloom filters in AM 13 stateless session logout.

    Hi All
Good to see you all here.
I introduce myself as software developer working on different opensource for more than 3 Years.
I just started working lovingly on the forgerock Open Source Products.I started with OpenAM ,OpenDJ and OpenIG.

Actually I started with Source Code compilation of these products using maven ,but from past few day maven repos of these products are not being accessible and gives the compilation error in starting time only.Below are the logs for reference :

[[email protected] opendj-public]$ mvn clean install
    [INFO] Scanning for projects…
[ERROR] The build could not read 1 project -> [Help 1]
[ERROR] The project org.forgerock.opendj:opendj-server-parent:3.0.0 (/home/gaurav/OpenDJ/opendj-public/pom.xml) has 1 error
    [ERROR] Non-resolvable parent POM: Could not transfer artifact org.forgerock.opendj:opendj-sdk-parent:pom:3.0.0 from/to forgerock-staging-repository ( Not authorized , ReasonPhrase:Unauthorized. and ‘parent.relativePath’ points at wrong local POM @ line 30, column 13 -> [Help 2]
[ERROR] To see the full stack trace of the errors, re-run Maven with the -e switch.
[ERROR] Re-run Maven using the -X switch to enable full debug logging.
[ERROR] For more information about the errors and possible solutions, please read the following articles:
    [ERROR] [Help 1]
    [ERROR] [Help 2]

Please let me know if something went wrong in accessing the repos or I am missing anything??
I am also able to login with my credentials but still repos are not accessible.

Please help me out of this blocking situation.

    Thanks in Advance.

I’m Stefan and we use openAM since v 9.x. Now we start over to manage our identitys with the complete stack. I hope we can go live with the first step of the implementation next weeks.

    Greetings from Potsdam/Germany

    Hi everybody,

I’m new in Forgerock world. I work at UQAM University and we are integration OpenIdm in our ecosystem.

    Hi All

    I’m Takashi. From Japan.
I belong to Japanese system vendor.
I recently joined this forum because I came to handle OpenAM.

There may be times when I ask a lot of questions.

    Best regards.

I am Lothar. My general interest is in model driven software development running my own open source project around that. Also I am interested in SOA, governance and in general about the path of a simple application growing into a service oriented solution by applying model driven methodologies.

A while ago I have bought a book about SOA governance and I first installed the mentioned WSO2 products and also other WSO2 products – especially the identity provider. Then I have read further about openam and I am now need to evaluate this solution and read more about it’s purpose in the book.

That’s why I am here from now on :-)

    Ola amigos,

I’m Julian (obviously as my nick specifies) – I work as a Lead Developer in an Gaming company; I’ve been trying out OpenAM for a while; would love to see more use cases and more familiar tutorials; but nonetheless a good product. :)

I’m Jeremie DEVILLARD, CTO of Moskitos and I’m new to OpenAM.
I’m looking for this solution to create a centralized plateform to authenticate our users and manage AuthN/AuthZ.

I’ve experience on Middleware and Cloud (Microsoft Azure for example), so I will manage to deploy this solution on IaaS or/and Docker on Azure.

because I’m new on this product, I’ve some difficulties to imagine my architecture for Multi/Mono Tenant Service but I think I will make another post to explain my need.

    Thanks a lot !

    Hi All,

I am Bharat and come from System Administration and QA/QC background. Feeling great to join this forum today and looking forward to seek help and share my knowledge wherever relevant. I work for Aurionpro (Cyberinc) and we have number of clients for whom we deploy/customize forgerock solutions. I have recently cleared the OpenAM Certfication Exam but am a newbei with respect to field experience. I have now taken up first project of OpenAM implementation and look forward to many more in this year.

    Thanks to all.
