ParticipantWe have built a custom java connector and trying to deploy in OpenIDM 5.5. Please let us know the deployment steps and any pre-requisite steps and what are all the configuration files need to be updated for mappings.
1. Maven is setup in our environment.
2. The Custom built Jar file is placed in Connectors folderJanuary 2, 2018 at 2:51 pm #20337Mike Jang
SpectatorHi,
As you haven’t provided a lot of information about your custom Java connector, all I can do is suggest that you look through our Samples Guide for examples of how we’ve set up various connectors.
As for “configuration files”, focus on sync.json and probably managed.json. But that also depends on what you’re trying to reconcile. Thanks,

ParticipantHi Mike,
Thanks for your response. We have a scenario where
A user has an account for an account there are multiple fullfillments and for each fullfillments there are fulfillment entitlements and for each fulfillment entitlements there are multiple entitlements and for entitlement there is a product.
Can you please let us know how can we define mappings in openIDM.
Thanks,
Bhaskar.January 5, 2018 at 5:44 pm #20386Mike Jang
SpectatorHi Bhaskar,
We set up mappings in sync.json. For more information, see the Integrator’s Guide chapter on Synchronizing Data Between Resoruces.
Thanks,
Mike-
