I am trying to find a way to customize (or remove in worst case) the “return to login page” link from passwordReset page.
Please bear with me as I am not a developer in any way, I am a poor little sysadmin trying to take the devOps turn as best as I can ;)
Thanks for your help !August 29, 2016 at 2:22 pm #12798
OK, so I did it the only way I could find, does not looks very clean but at least it works, if anyone got a hint about best way to achieve that I am listening !August 29, 2016 at 5:28 pm #12804Jake FeaselModerator
If you are okay with the destination always being the same after every reset (for example, to an OpenAM login page instead of the OpenIDM one) then you could just edit the template containing the link to point there – ui/selfservice/default/templates/user/AnonymousProcessWrapper.html
For the record, we are planning on improving this behavior, so that the destination is configurable and probably will include other features such as auto-login. This is being tracked here: https://bugster.forgerock.org/jira/browse/OPENIDM-6413August 29, 2016 at 7:43 pm #12807
Thanks Jake, that’s actually what I did, but I though there was a cleaner way to do this, given my limited knowledge regarding JS and webDev I couldn’t find a better way.
Thanks for the support
