Access to Support Tickets

    I have just started an investigation exercise into setting up our business as a TPP and am working through the examples,, using the ForgeRock Open Banking example project.

    I wish to raise a support ticket in reference to this, but when I access the Main Menu->Support->Ticket link I receive an Unauthorised Error ?

    Could some please help me to access the Support ticketing system ?

    The easiest way to get support from us is via the ‘Forgebank_support’ channel in the Open Banking Slack workspace.

    I have sent you an invite so you can join the OB community on Slack.
