I’m quite confuse which one to use. I’m looking for an open source OpenID connect provider. It says at http://openid.net/developers/libraries/ that OpenAM has commercial and opensource. Is the nightly builds the open source that it talks about.

Also what are the very important factor to take note of it having Common Development and Distribution License ?
