    I am now trying to create custom Configuration using

    DNS testopenam.cloudapp.net

    Hence the Cookie Domain should be
    .cloudapp.net right ?

    What about the root suffix ?

    dc=testopenam, dc=cloudapp,dc=net

    Or should it be

    Dc=Openam, dc=cloudapp,dc=net

    Please advise.

    Cheers

  • Hi,

    Previously I installed OpenAM 12.0.0 on Windows all worked fine.

    Now I’m installing the Linux version OpenAM 12.0.0 same version and same zip files.

    Somehow the default config won’t work, as all the default port settings.. were -1… and hence the default config failed.

    What version can I use to get one which is a clean default config…[Read more]

  • Thanks Scott. I have got the J2EE agent and policies to work fine now. The main problem is that OpenAM has to run on one Tomcat instance and the J2EE agent app and the sample app has to be running on another Tomcat2 instance. Otherwise, things just won’t work.

    The other important point is that the web.xml in the sample app, that needs to be…[Read more]

  • Hi Rogerio,

    Just like to clarify the Integration between Openam and Facebook Authentication.

  • Hi Rogerio,

    Logging on to Facebook is using email address and password.

    However, logging on to Openam is using amAdmin and the password.

    So how do I setup so that when I click on Facebook icon in Openam and it will then logon to Openam.
    Anything that I need to do or setup in Subjects ?

    Please advise.

    Cheers

  • Hi Rogerio
    I think I’m getting closer now.
    This time I tried logging off Facebook and click on the Facebook icon under Openam login screen and it prompted the Facebook login page which is what I expected and then it throws unable to logon to Openam.

    I believe this is due to the Attribute mapping and account mapping.

    I used everything in default.…[Read more]
